1. Overview & Business Entity

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all digital goods and source codes purchased on AivonStore (website: store.aivonagency.com), legally operated by MANISH KUMAR (trading as Aivon Agency).

2. Nature of Digital Deliverables

Since our products are downloadable digital source codes, design templates, and ebooks that are delivered instantly upon successful payment, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds once a valid download has taken place.

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

We provide a 100% Full Refund under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Charges: If your bank account or UPI was charged more than once for the same transaction due to a network glitch.
• Payment Deducted but Delivery Failed: If money was debited from your account but your Order ID was not generated and the file was not made available within 24 hours.
• Corrupted or Defective Files: If the downloaded ZIP or source file is corrupted and our technical support team is unable to provide a functional replacement within 48 hours of reporting.

4. Order Cancellation

Due to automated real-time dispatch, orders cannot be cancelled once the payment is completed and the download link is generated. However, if you wish to cancel an order before the payment is processed, you may simply abandon the checkout page without completing the payment.
